Hi everyone! I have been sitting around, for the last week, trying and trying to get a blog post up. Sorry it has taken me so long, but we here at the Hunter House have been extremely busy. lol
I wanted to start off with a little Business Spotlight in my post tonight. There are 2 great businesses that I want to share with you all, that I absolutely LOVE! First up, we have “Earrings by A”. A dear friend of mine is now making jewelry. And she does amazing work! She recently started her business, and although I have known her since elementary school, I had no idea she made such beautiful jewelry! I absolutely love it all! Here is a link to her Etsy shop ~~~~ > http://www.etsy.com/shop/EarringsbyA and she her jewelry line is also on Facebook, here ~~~~> http://www.facebook.com/pages/Earrings-By-A/125594357518064 So please go check the sites out
I promise, you will love it all! Here are a few of my favorites:

Adorable! So definantly check out her work!
Next, I wanted to tell you about another business.
Next to New Thrift Store is located in Monterey, Tennessee. You can always find great bargains there! I went in today to drop off some business cards, and saw about 10 things right off the bat that I am going to have to go back and get. lol. Drew and the kids were waiting on me in the car, so I didn’t have time to shop. lol. My aunt owns the store, and my cousin works there also. It is definantly a shop to put on your “check it out” list! Next to New Thrift Store is also on Facebook here~~~~~> http://www.facebook.com/#!/profile.php?id=100001246606685 And when you are done shopping, you can pick up one of my business cards too
Hope you guys check out these businesses. You will thank me later
So, as you know, I ordered and received my business cards, and other business goodies! Yay!! I was so excited to open that box of goodies when it arrived in the mail. My photography business seemed to get a little more real when I saw my name on those cards. I was so happy! And of course, I sent Drew to work with plenty of them to hand out while he was on service calls at work. lol. Hey, every little bit helps, right?!? haha. And of course, my husband, being the wonderful man he is, brought me home a little suprise last week.
He brought home another vintage camera! And OMG, I was in love! The camera was manufactured between 1914-1937, and is absolutely gorgeous! And what made it even more cool?!? It still had old film in it! The film appears to be at the end of the roll (back then, each roll of film only took 6 photos… lol) so I am hoping to find a good photo print company that can still develop that type of film. Might have to ship it off, but I am excited to see what kinds of photos are on there. Here are some pictures I took of the camera
So, needless to say, I love this camera! Thank you, to my wonderful hubby. I love you babe!
Also, we went to my Mamma’s today, and I took some more photos of her flowers. She has flowers in every section of her yard, and they are always so gorgeous! BUT, it is really late, and I haven’t had time to upload them to my computer and edit them yet. lol. I promise, I will soon though. We are hoping to go out with the kids tomorrow, and just enjoy the sunshine, let the kids play, and of course, I will be there photographing every minute of it. lol. So, after I get home tomorrow, I will sit down and do some photo editing, and post my new photos for you all to see.
I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend…. and don’t forget…. Amanda Hunter Photography is now on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Amanda-Hunter-Photography/228891170455457 and you can also check out my website at www.amandahunterphotography.com Goodnight everyone!!
